It is based on the birthwork acronym BRAIN but with a twist; PI-BRAIN encourages the use of intuition to make decisions rather than relying solely on evidence-based practices.  PI-BRAIN is a great way to provide birth workers with the confidence they need to make the best decisions with their clients. It's also a fun way to go through the decision making process together, or help prepare clients for the many upcoming decisions they will make through their perinatal journey.
